I''ve had this gun for some time now and it has performed perfectly during fair weather conditions, however when in the extreme cold it failed to eject the spent shell on several attempts. ]-20 degs F[. Is this typical with other same type weapons? Other than that incident, I am please with it''s overall accuracy and performance.

My hi-point rifle is great!!! Accurate, never jams! I''ve put about 500 rounds through it!!! I would bet my life this thing could take something out!!! Cheap and works well my kinda gun!! Peace, CC

I have owned my Hi-Point 9mm Carbine Rifle for approximately 4 yrs and really like this gun. Although It is not a real pretty gun it does a really good job especially for just over $200.00. I bought it because I wanted an inexpensive rifle and was able to try it out as a range gun at the FIREING LINE range in Rockland Co. NY and realized that tho the money it was well worth in... I go to the range several times a year and each time I go I run 300+ rounds through it and it keeps on firing. To date I have probably run over 2500 rounds through it and without a major cleaning done to it it just keeps on going... So again WELL WORTH THE MONEY, VERY RELIABLE, GLAD I BOUGHT IT........
