I have the entire family of High Points
I have the .45 40 9mm .380 I started by buying the .45. I was not to sure about buying this weapon the price was so low I figured it would be a cheap piece of junk when I picked it up at the gun shop I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised it was heavy well it was made and it fit my hand well.
I was so impressed with it I went a head and ordered the rest of the pistols that were made by High Point..
The only draw back if any is the weight if you plan and using the .45 or the 40 as a concealed carry weapon they area bit heavy
but other then that I love all of my High Points I even went on the internet and got 2 laser sights $10.95 each not the best in the world but for the money they were ok . Then I went to High Point webpage and got the mounts for the .45 and the 40 $5.00 each and for under $35 I have lasers on both guns.
the lasers are nice and the came complete with switch and free shipping.
Just my opinion.

Smooth and Precise

I bought this gun because it felt substantialy powerful when I picked it up. It felt good and comfortable to hold, but with the weight of the gun, you know it is not a childs gun.
I absolutely love that it does not take all your might to pull the trigger like some guns I have. It is an easy pull, the sights make it almost impossible to miss the target. It is big enough to do the job, but small enough to put in your purse. ]depending on purse size[. It is easy to load. I love the action it carries, its a smooth gun to operate and a value on top of that.
I have heard people talking about giving 1000$ and up for a gun...I will put my gun against theirs anyday.

bought this gun expecting a cheap feeling inaccurate basic firearm i was wrong. this piece is amazing for the price, 1 jam in over 250 rounds. it is as accurate as its operator. best buy for the money with a lifetime warranty.
